Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dyenamic Art purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find details on our refund process and how to return eligible items. Please note that certain custom or personalized products are not eligible for return. Our goal is to make every part of your shopping experience — including returns — as simple and transparent as possible.
In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us at dyenamicart@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will need your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns on personalized, sale or custom orders.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
To return items to Dyenamic Art, please follow these three simple steps:
- Send an e-mail to dyenamicart@gmail.com with your order number (if you do not have it—please specify your name and address) and items to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment.
Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
