Shipping policy

Do you ship to my country?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.

What is your processing time?
Each order is processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive a notification that your order has shipped.

What carriers do you use?
We use USPS and UPS for orders placed on our site.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday and usually take 1-8 business days based on the carrier’s website. The delivery date is determined by the carrier at the time of pick up and based on the ship to location. Carrier shipping schedules and/or times are subject to change during the holidays.

Can my order be expedited?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping in the US at an additional charge which is based on carrier rates. If you require same-day shipping, please add this information to your order notes at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
